Use the New Multi-Page TIFF Edit API

The Multi-Page TIFF edit API supports insertion and deletion of multiple pages in TIFF image files in one operation. These APIs allow the developer to replace for loops with a single call. They also reduce the overhead of opening and closing a TIFF document multiple times and reduce the amount of traversing through a document. The previous API will remain to support existing code.
